TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a booking the guest(s) accepts and agrees to abide to these Terms and Conditions and our Conditions of Stay. The guest making a booking is accepting these Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Stay on behalf of all persons involved.

•  All prices quoted are for 2 persons. Additional fees apply for extra guests.

• All cabin prices are based on a minimum 2 night stay.  One night stays may be available (subject to availability), but will incur an additional $50.00 surcharge. 

• Minimum stays apply to public peak holiday periods (see website for details).

• Prices are GST inclusive and subject to change.

• Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make reservations.

• NO group bookings allowed. 

• One vehicle allowed per site/cabin.

• A cleaning fee of up to $150 will be charged if cabin/site is left in an unsatisfactory condition upon departure.

• Pets are NOT allowed.

• No smoking inside of cabins or in any other buildings.

• Check-in for camping is between 12 noon and 6pm.  Check-out is 11.00am.

• Check-in for cabins is from 2pm – 9pm.  Check-out is 10.00am.

• Late check in and self check in is strictly not available. 

• Management reserve the right to cancel or amend any bookings.

 

Special COVID-19 Term

• There are closures and movement limits outside of everyone's control. If a booking is required to be cancelled/altered because of COVID-19, a Credit Note will be issued.  Altered bookings may incur different tariffs due to seasonal tariff rates.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• A one night’s non-refundable deposit is required on all bookings, with the balance due on arrival (unless a public holiday peak period when full payment is to be made prior to arrival).

• Up to 30 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of one night’s deposit.

• Up to 14 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking.

• Up to 7 days or less prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking.

• Refunds or credits are not available for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or due to early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where persons breach park rules and are asked to leave.

• Merchant  Fees apply to all credit card and eftpos payments. Current fees as of 1 Oct 2022 Visa Credit 1.29%;Visa Debit 0.79%; Mastercard Credit 1.92%; Mastsercard Debit 0.84%; Eftpos 0.43%;Amex 1.8%. Direct bank transfers can be made with no charges.

 

 

CONDITIONS OF STAY
